We ask you to restrict your visitors access during working hours. If you have a visitor they need to come in from the front of the building. Absolutely no visitors, known and especially unknown to you, should come in through the warehouse.

If you see someone you do not know, ask if you can help them. They could be a lost customer. If they are a lost customer, go with them to which ever department they need to go. If it is simply an unauthorized person you must direct them to go to a common customer area as soon as possible. In either case make sure you walk with the individual to the area they need to be in. If the authorized visitor is unwilling to comply you must notify management immediately.

If you have a planned visitor you will need to instruct your visitor to check in with inside sales department or the front counter before they are allowed to come into the warehouse. You should not have a visitor walking around with you in the warehouse or office areas. You are allowed to clock out and visit with your visitor in the break area outside or inside the building. Loitering around the paring lot or staying inside vehicles is not permitted during visitation breaks.
