Packager II Overview

Before you begin this section you should have already completed Onboarding through Packager I.

 

If you have not please click the respective link and continue from that point.

 

In this section you will discover new products and you will begin to look at some of the products you have already discovered a little more thoroughly.

 

By the end of this section you should be able to proficiently fill a back order and have a clear understanding of the back order process.

 

You should be able to make labels for the package department while still achieving your productivity goals for yourself.

 

You should begin to have a deeper understanding of the layout of product in the warehouse.

 

Identifying common fasteners should not be an issue for this level and moving forward you will be expected to identify potential simple measurement errors.

 

At this point you should also begin understanding how to find information for yourself such as but absolutely not limited to:

  • Where do I find a part?
  • Where does a part belong?
  • How are the parts arranged?
  • Where do I put competed orders?
  • How to look up items in the main frame and in JERID?
  • How to use calipers
