J.E.R.I.D.

J.E.R.I.D. is an acronym for J & E Reference and Information database. You can access J.E.R.I.D. from any PC that is in our network. Every PC should already have the homepage of the internet browser set to access J.E.R.I.D. If it is not you can always type in “jandesupply.com/administration” (without the quotation marks.)

Finding an item:

Simply type in the Item ID into the search box and either press enter or the magnifying glass. If there are any locations listed in OKC an icon displaying OKC will appear. (You may notice other icons appear. These are other areas that the information you are searching for also appears within J.E.R.I.D.) It does not matter if you use capitals or lowercase lettering to perform your search.

Once you have made it this far simply press the OKC icon and you will be taken to the record information. Here you can see all of the locations listed for the part number and the respective quantity for each location. Note: the quantities listed depend solely on the diligence of warehouse personnel in using the scanners.
